hopeless place

did i ever told you about the sunset? it's beautiful. and soon stars will start appearing in the dark sky. i will finally see you; you're the brightest star. sometimes i wish you were a person but then i realize how bad that'd be. people are bodies. they are blood and bones. people fight and say it's for peace so earth will be a better place to live. they're unhappy and they're never satisfied. that's why sometimes i think i'm not like the other people. they don't know how dreaming feels like. they only care about money. they don't know the meaning of life neither how to live. life is all about having a good time but people, people only know routines - home to work, work to home. they forgot how it's to read a book or riding a bike. you must think i'm a fool because you see smiles everywhere. well, i'm going to tell you a secret... the smiles you see are fake. if you look deep inside you'll see souls crying and tears that have never dried. kids aren't people too. they know how to smile and laugh. they have curiousity for everything. they are hope and faith. they are dreams to come true and inocence. they are what makes earth a better place.
